Cliff was always known for his sense of humor and his ability to tell great stories. He enjoyed hunting, fishing with his family and Clifford friends, bowling, Weiher dancing, listening to polka music, planting his flowers and entertaining his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Bernice (Ewan) Weiher, Athens; three children, Debra (Michael) Weiher-Traas, Appleton, Alan Weiher, Athens, and Sherri (Bob) Strasser, Wausau; three grandchildren, Jesse Weiher, Nicole Strasser and Brett Strasser; two stepgrandchildren, Jacob Traas, Michigan, and Matthew Traas, Madison; one sister, Cordelia Dorothy Loibl Survivors include her companion, Ed Casper, White Lake; one son, Kurt (Jeri) Keller, Orange Park, and one brother, Walter Nurnberger, Germany. He was born April 30, 1918, in Westboro, son of the late Ernest Otto Weiher and Elora (Hebert) Weiher. In 1935 he joined the Civilian Conservation Corp. and was stationed at Camp McCord. On Nov. 2, 1941, he was inducted into the U.S.

Army. After receiving training at the Anti-Aircraft Training Center at Camp Wallace, Texas, I he was sent to the Panama Canal Zone where he was a gun commander of a 90-millimeter gun crew during World War II. On June 24, 1944, he married Bernice Ewan while on furlough and then finished his military training in Baltimore, at Edgewood Arsenal. After four years of serving his country, he was honorably discharged in 1945 as a Tech Sergeant. Cliff was employed by Viegut Chevrolet, Alton Zettler Construction and retired from Drott J.I.
